Looking for a Dentist Near You in Parramatta?

Parramatta Dentistry is at Suite 25, Level 3, 27 Hunter Street — in the middle of the Parramatta CBD, a few minutes on foot from the station and from Westfield. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, which covers before work, lunchtimes and after-work appointments.

Getting Here

By train. Parramatta Station is roughly a five-minute walk. Leave via the Argyle Street exit, walk north to Hunter Street and turn right; number 27 is a short way along.

By light rail. The Parramatta Light Rail runs through the CBD with stops within walking distance of Hunter Street.

By bus. Parramatta’s bus interchange is beside the railway station, so any service into the interchange puts you within the same short walk.

By ferry. The Parramatta ferry wharf at Charles Street is about ten minutes’ walk east.

Driving. There is parking at Westfield Parramatta and in the Council car parks around the CBD, all within a few minutes’ walk. Hunter Street itself has metered street parking, which turns over quickly during business hours.

We are on Level 3, with lift access from the ground floor.

Suburbs We See Patients From

Most of our patients come from Parramatta itself and the suburbs around it — North Parramatta, Harris Park, Rosehill, Westmead, Merrylands, Mays Hill and Granville. Each of those pages has directions and travel times from that suburb.

What to Look for in a Dental Practice

If you are choosing somewhere new, these are the things worth checking — of any practice, not just this one:

Can you get there easily and at a time that works? A practice you can reach at lunchtime is a practice you will actually attend for check-ups, not just emergencies.

Does it handle what you are likely to need? Being able to have a check-up, a filling, an emergency appointment and cosmetic work in one place saves being referred on for routine things.

Will they see you urgently? Ask what happens if you ring with a broken tooth on a Tuesday morning.

Do you get a written quote before treatment? You should be told what is proposed, what it costs and what the alternatives are, in writing, before you agree to anything.

Do they take your health fund on the spot? HICAPS on site means you pay the gap rather than claiming back later.

Are the dentists registered, and do they refer when they should? Registration is checkable on the AHPRA public register. A practice that tells you when a case is outside its scope is telling you something useful.

What We Offer

General and preventive care — check-ups, cleans, fluoride, fillings and gum health. Emergency appointments for pain, swelling, a broken tooth or a knocked-out tooth, with time kept aside each day. Cosmetic treatment including porcelain and composite veneers, whitening and Invisalign, backed by the Cosmetique Dental group’s in-house ceramic laboratory. Restorative work including crowns and bridges, root canal treatment and implants. Children’s dentistry.

New patients: examination, X-rays, scale and clean and fluoride for $219, or no gap with eligible dental cover. Returning patients $199. Complimentary consultations valued at $250 for veneers, implants, All-on-4 and Invisalign. Prices subject to change. Conditions apply.

Health Funds

We have HICAPS on site and accept the major funds, including Medibank Private, BUPA, NIB and HCF. Claims are processed at the end of your appointment. What your fund covers depends on your policy, waiting periods and annual limits.
