If you live, work or spend time in Westmead, you can arrange dental care at Parramatta Dentistry | Cosmetique Dental in Parramatta. A check-up is an opportunity to understand the condition of your teeth and gums, as well as to discuss a concern that is already bothering you.
Your health history matters to dental planning. Tell your dentist about medicines, medical conditions and other treatment, especially before an extraction or implant assessment. We will discuss whether additional information is needed before treatment.
Our Parramatta team provides check-ups, preventive care, fillings, crowns, root canal treatment, extractions and assessments for missing teeth. For tooth pain, swelling or an injury, call us to discuss the urgency and next available appointment.
For a change to tooth colour, shape or position, ask about whitening, porcelain veneers, composite veneers or clear aligners. An assessment helps establish which options may suit your oral health and goals. We will explain treatment limitations, risks, maintenance and costs.
Our new patient check-up and clean is $219 without a health fund, or no-gap for eligible patients with dental extras cover. Contact us to check eligibility and inclusions. Ask about a free consultation for porcelain veneers, composite veneers, dental implants or Invisalign and clear aligners. Your dentist will explain suitable options and provide a written quote before you decide. Humm payment plans are available through an external provider, subject to approval, eligibility, fees and terms.

Getting to Hunter Street from Westmead
Westmead is about 2 km west of the Parramatta CBD. By car, head east along Hawkesbury Road and the Great Western Highway, around six minutes outside peak hours. Westmead is one stop from Parramatta on the T1 Western Line. The Parramatta Light Rail also begins at Westmead and stops at Westmead Hospital and Children’s Hospital before running through to Parramatta Square, a few minutes’ walk from Hunter Street — a straightforward trip if you work in the health precinct.
Treatments to consider
Check-up and clean — we are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, so a later appointment can work around a day shift.
Emergency dental care — for pain, swelling or a broken tooth. Call us on the day; a hospital emergency department can manage pain but does not usually treat the tooth itself.
Wisdom teeth removal — assessed with imaging first. Some cases are managed here and some are better referred; where a case calls for a registered specialist, we will say so and arrange the referral.
